        I went in with some knee pain/issues Vlad gave me some stretches + exercises & after two weeks of repeating the exercises + stretches my knee seems to be fine again ! Thank you Vlad very welcoming & professional. Would highly recommend

        First time seeing an osteopath, but Vlad was excellent, I'd definitely recommend! Had painful tension in my back and shoulders from desk work, and persistent numbness in my hands - which is not ideal when I'm riding a motorcycle! Did a couple of tests, then manipulated my joints and managed to unlock the tension and alleviate the numbness. Genuinely thought I was going to have to give up biking beforehand, so this was a real godsend!
