        Was here early Saturday morning for my 2 yearly eye test, and was dealt with by Beth and Zak who were both so incredibly helpful and lovely! Although they were both busy, Zak went through every part of my eye test clear and concisely and gave me a really detailed idea of what they look for in the OCT test (which I didnt feel pressured into getting as an extra either). Beth then helped me pick out new glasses when I couldnt decide what style to go for and made sure I got the best value for money which meant I got new sunglasses too. Really happy with the experience in store.

        Will not be ordering from here again. Ordered glasses including reactilght waited 2 weeks. Came with no reactilite nd was told after taking back wait a week. Still waiting nine days later....

        They do an NHS test that's paid by the tax payer and label it as free . They refuse to give the actual reading of your prescription so you don't order glasses online I think the NHS need to review their procedure. It a waste of public funds. The quality of the testing has gone downhill. Their only interest is milking more money out of you I am disappointed
