First visit fine! Second visit very unprofessional! First i was quoted 2 for 1 = 45 2x glasses to get a phone call days later saying they been a mistake its now 70 odd i can either take both for that or 1 pair for 10 odd as i already put a 20 deposit down! So i agreed to this to then be told on pick up i owe 50odd then 35 but then saying the glasses are 45 a pair makes no sense at all i been messed around 3x and told 3 different prices now! What a absaloute joke ! I then say forget it i want my 20 deposit i will go else were to be told the glasses already been made i cant have it! The fault is on there end yet i cant have my money back! Whole experienceis a joke!

Very happy with the friendly welcome and expert care I always receive here. Perfect eyesight is so very important in everyday life, especially when reading, or using your phone, and to see the words so clearly again, without any blurring, now I've collected my new glasses, is a joy. I'll never take my corrected eyesight for granted, and I'm grateful for the skill and expertise, and patience too, of the Optometrist here. Like I told him today, it's like a Miracle to go from not being able to read one word of the tiny text to reading it clearly afterwards, without effort. There are plenty of frames to choose from, and assistance readily offered, to help you choose, to suit your shape of face, or whether you suit lighter or darker frames, plastic or metal, and also, an honest opinion of any that don't suit you, which I appreciate. Not least, your eye test gives you peace of mind that all is well with the health of your eyes. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Many thanks to to all concerned

I found Univision eye centre very good in the service they provide. However just one thing ... if so you are working during what is a regular 9-5 during the day, then their closed by 5. And as far as a Saturday goes then well if your working that day too , well then you might encounter a slight problem. Like me for example, I'm at work all week and happen to be covering for a colleague the Saturday too so ,I'll have to wait until my next available free time in order go collect my made up glasses. All the same an optician you can depend on for good ,honest service and a friendly touch.

Very Good service. Excellent Optician who diagnosed suspected Galucoma and refered to the hospital. Good prices very good range of frames and glasses. Would highly recommend.
