Worst customer service ever!! I ordered reglaze service for 1.67 index and chosen the highest coating options. It took more than two weeks to arrive. They arrived with the cheapest quality ever. I have a very low prescription and the provided lensa has big distortion when you look from the side. I raised the issue and they said "The lenses you purchased are a 1.67, this is a flatter lens and can cause distortion for some people.". This is a lie, I have had 1.67 lens from Optical Express before and never saw any distortion. Their lens quality is very low and customer service is worst than that. I strongly suggest think twice before placing order with them.

Really disappointed. Ordered glasses on 4th March, now a few days off 2 months I've not had a single update other than me calling to chase and no glasses have arrived. Avoid at all costs!!!

I'll never order from them again. You pay the postage to return and they don't refund the postage they charged. They hide that in their t&c's..sneaky should be mentioned at checkout!! Cost me over 10 to try on a pair of glasses that arrived dusty and were too loose on me. I don't live anywhere near Bolton so it's not like i can get this dealt with. Would never use them again - terrible service compared to most other stores. Rip off.

Great customer service. Had an issue with the frames I'd bought after a month or so (manufacturer fault) and Opticians Direct sorted the matter efficiently and got replacements to me promptly. Really responsive and competitively priced. Would recommend.
