Recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses and couldnt be happier with them, the service was amazing from all the staff from going into my eye test then coming out to choose a pair ... wont be going anywhere else for the foreseeable future 10/10 would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Absolutely wonderful service at M&S Bolton opticians. From making my appointment to receiving my glasses the customer service was top notch! Staff could not do enough to help me and their eye testing was very thorough with all my questions answered. Thanks in particular to Nikita and Liz who made me feel so valued with their care.

The worst experience I ever had. After two month waiting I am still at the beginning. My appointment was cancelled 2 times, the lens was wrong, customer service, at the bottom level. Very expensive lenses and not professionalism from staff.

I recently bought a beautiful pair of frames from M & S Optician's Bolton. These are the best frames I've ever had, and I'm thrilled with them. I originally chose blue lenses thinking they would be best for me, but after a few weeks I went back into the store and said I'd changed my mind about the lenses. This was not a problem to them, they sent them off to change the lenses AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Wow what service! I'm so pleased, the attention I've received there is second to none. I won't be going to any other opticians in the future.
