Happy Nails Bolton

I went for a basic manicure. Fair enough I had to wait for ages to be seen but they made me feel very uncomfortable as they kept glancing at me and then saying something to each other in a different language which came across as though they were talking about me. I noticed they didnt do that with any other customer, left me questioning whether they were racist because I wear a headscarf. The guy that did my nails left me bleeding from two nails and didnt do a decent job. I asked for a square shape but he cut them really awkwardly so they didnt look even and he didnt smooth anything out either. I literally had to ask him to use a buffer to smooth it and even then he did like 3 swipes on each nail and thats it - they didnt shine at all. Very disappointed, awful service and a rubbish job with my nails. Silly me should have spoken up but honestly I just wanted to leave as fast as I could :( Service: Manicure

I had a very terrible experience at this establishment. The colours were very lovely but the staff were very harsh towards my customer experience. They almost filed my fingers off and the lady was very cold towards me. I do not recommend. Thank you.
