I went into this shop a few weeks ago to get a cover for my new phone. The guy behind the counter was friendly but completely messed up the phone screen protector. After I left the store, I returned ten minutes later to tell him that the screen protector had more air bubbles in it than an Aero chocolate bar. It also was not placed on the phone correctly, in that it was slightly askew. He made some poor excuse that he would have to entirely remove it if he was to put it right and would have to use a new screen protector which he didn't want to do. He then said that whenever I come back to ther store, he'd give me a discount on whatever I bought to make up for the poor service that day. No thanks. I won't be coming back to this store again. I paid 10 for nothing. I ended up going to the phone shop next to Skipton Building Society who rectified his mistake with a new screen proctector which was correctly placed on my phone. I cannot recommend Mr Fix as they did a poor job on the phone screen protector.

I did leave a good review. that was before the SECOND repair they did broke like the first. screen wasnt fitted properly can hear it clicking. despite them claiming it had a warranty they tried charging me so now im stuck with a broken phone.

Fast and good service. He replaced the charger portal of my phone whithin few minutes.

Great friendly and professional service. Had a problem with my laptop fan, which they fixed very quickly and at a reasonable price. Cant recommend them highly enough.
