Fantastic experience dealing with this company. Both Sue and Kate are so friendly and approachable. We were kept up to date the whole way through the process. Sue worked really well with our solicitor and just made sure that the ball kept rolling and everyone knew what stage things were at as it all progressed along. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and would use them in the future myself, although hopefully Im never moving again!

The whole process from making an appointment to view the property to getting the keys on moving day, was smooth, stress free, professional and very organised. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and I knew that I was in good hands buying a property through Roe and Co. At every step of the way Roe & Co kept in touch with me, being very clear about how the letting process works. Within days of the property being listed they had found a suitable tenant and during the checks etc they made sure all the legal requirements were in place. If you are thinking of letting a property or switching letting agents I would recommend you have a chat with them.
