The broker I dealt with was manipulative and practice unethically. they called to say they represent British Gas and quote your supplier number and speak abnormally fast to confuse you then to say they act on your behalf to get you to think they are indeed representing British Gas for contract renewals. and no official documents been sent out to confirm such call. As the phone call was recorded they will use the recording as evidence to bind the contract renewal of 3 years. Although we'll have to stay with this unethical company for 3 years, but after that we'll not be associate with this company ever, shame on your broker team to conduct business in this unethical way.
