        Super-helpful staff. I found a pair of trainers in the sale that were ideal, but one was a size 6 and one a size 7. They ordered in a pair from another store, which came quickly - and communication was good. Very pleased!

        Stefan in the bike shop was THE friendliest most helpful person I think I've ever met in a shop. He gave such helpful advice and made sure the bike was perfect for me and everything in-between. Definitely a great experience even chatting with him. Definitely deserves the 5 star for his help, service and personality. I bought the rockrider e-st 100.

        You can't beat these two guys, no fuss, fixed the bike in 20 mins and gave other helpful information. I'm grateful for the service I wanted to tip them! I'm racing again! Everywhere else game me massive waiting time. Love the place.

        I wanted a pair of soft walking boots. One of the young ladies on the shop floor assisted me. I explained that I wanted a pair of wide fitting, soft boots. She showed me three pairs in my price range and size, I picked a pair that she suggested. I have used them a few times since, excellent fit, very comfortable, thank you to the young lady for her advice.
