        I always shop with Bailey Sports therapy - would definitely recommend them - their goods are of very good quality for a reasonable price. In addition, I was impressed with the customer service support as well when my latest parcel got delivered to a wrong address. Hannah was extremely professional and helpful with investigating the issue and promptly sent a replacement to me. Thank you, Bailey Sport team!

        I really like the level of service I have received from Bailey Sports Therapy. The FDI crutches are brilliant and half the price of their competitors. You can get creative with the variety of colours of both crutch and hand grips. I found the open cuff quite strange with not much support but glad I also got the premium wrist straps which perfectly solves the issue. Well made light crutches with no clinky sound!! I ordered extra grips which were already on the crutches when they arrived. I phoned them up and with a nice apology they then sent the other wrist grips which arrived in 2 days time. Excellent customer service.

        Arranged a pickup. Shop supposedly open until 5pm. Rang before setting off to double check somebody would be there. Arrived at 4.50 shutters down. Called the phone number. Closed!! Waste of time and fuel.

        Following an order on 1st October 2021, the package was sent via HERMES Couriers. The tracking kept indicating "on it's way". I then contacted Bailey Sports Therapy. I had an immediate message from Hannah, who said she will contact the Courier to trace the parcel. The same day the package was left on my front door step. I would have every confidence with Bailey Sports Therapy for any future orders. Good support from the admin team as well.
