Love my bike now I've sorted a baffle because without one which CCM didn't seem willing to provide it was way too loud the bike is ace the service team and parts department all good but after sales not best but I'm over it now so maybe 4 star's

I just had Ben one of the CCM mobile mechanics to my home to service mine and my two friends Spitfire flat trackers for their first services. I must say what a top and knowledgeable guy he is, superb customer service. Excellent advice given and his van is bedecked with Spitfire bling, it would have been rude not to have partaken. Ben is a real credit to the superb CCM brand.

I own a Spitfire Bobber. Part of me wants to give 5 star and part wants 1 star. When I pre ordered my bike I was told there were only a couple left so I better act fast. Many months later they were still taking orders. I was also told if you pay upfront youll move up the list and get it sooner. 2 lies before I started. I wanted to change the colour of the tank but were told no when I enquired. I changed it soon after collecting, only to find out numerous people had made changes to the standard spec. This tells me, it depends who you talk to at CCM and possibly what day it is. I currently have (as do many) issues with the stand. I have mainly been in contact with Steve and hes a nice guy who has kept me up to speed until recently. I believe he has been off work for personal reasons but is there no one else at CCM who can pick a phone up? I have emailed, I have phoned. Never had a response. I appreciate theyre a small company who have grown fast but when all you see is them promoting for sales instead of looking after their current customers, its not nice. I have had issues in the past and they have been sorted promptly. No denying service has been top notch. But when youre spending 13k you expect it. I read somewhere pound for pound its one of the most expensive bikes on the market. They seem to have slipped and questions by me and others arent been answered. They can not use the current covid situation as an excuse. All in all I would recommend but come on CCM its painful
