Horrible experience here, would never book again. I was accused of some horrible things by the people at the front of check in. After 20 minutes of complete confusion I was physically dragged away to my room. There was no little sachets of coffee and any teabags. Not even a kettle, hairdryer or TV. The toilet was next to the very uncomfortable bed. The next morning I was transfered to another place with a slighly better room but I had no idea I would be sharing with 3 other people. I would avoid this place and stick to Premier Inn next time.
