Please avoid. I have been selling properties for 12 years and this is by far one of the worst conveyancers weve had to be in a chain with. Please do not use.

Avoid this company at all cost. Started the buying process in January. I have been contacted 2 time in that period. First time was after my first complaint. Apparently the solicitor running with my case died. Second call after many more complaints I was told no one had died. They also confirmed they sent off enquiries to the sellers solicitor. This isnt true. To be honest I cannot tell you what has been done it would appear at this point nothing. Called head office no one answers called direct line to solicitor nothing. Not one email has been replied to. I am now going through the ombudsman to try and get my money back and moving to a new solicitor.

Absolutely dire company, dont waste your time or money with this sham of a company. Held my chain up constantly and had to have a contract sent to them 4 times before my buyer has decided to change. They responded to our buyers bad feed back in exchange to remove their poor google review and then continued to be a waste of time. Pay peanuts you get monkeys.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR CONVEYANCINGunless you want to unnecessarily delay your sale/purchase for at least 2 months and have a faceless organisation where you cant even contact the same person more than once or obtain any CEO info. A team of amateurs seem to actually do the work (at a snail pace) & then at the last min have to refer to an actual Solicitor for sign-off. Our (competent) Solicitor had never experienced a firm like this, who didnt even seem to understand the sales process, dont know how this is even allowed by the regulators.

DO NOT USE!!! Awful in every way imaginable, wouldnt trust them to tell me what year it is let alone to do any actual legal work!!
