        Use this firm all the time and used them quit recently quite useful and helpful always won my case and never let me down and solicitors are quite friendly they help you out

        Absolutely awful firm. Never returned any of my calls for over 3 months, refused to help or offer legal support other than at the interview stage. I had to use another firm who couldn't conduct their jobs correctly as Russell and Russell wouldn't send them any documents relating to the case at hand. An absolute shambles which cost me dearly. I have had to file an appeal (which was successful) based on the lack of professionalism of this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
