At the starting of my case it was a slow progress after one and half year later Michelle joined the team and took over my cases. Michelle was very passionate about her role and the job she does Michelle would always ring the 3rd party for updated and get results, when Michelle used to call me for updated she always used to ask about my wellbeing an how my family are found it very sweet of her.
