If you have ever considered starting your own recruitment business, i couldn't recommend these guys enough, i spoke with lots of similar company's prior and in my opinion these guys were just head and shoulders above the competition. They don't just offer a financial investment and leave you to it, the words of wisdom, guidance , help and advice are invaluable they always have time for you and happy to help with whatever you may need, and the back office support team are amazing couldn't ask for more really.

During that time, Dave branched out to start investing in recruiters that wished to set up their own companies. Carrying out this role made running Workforce impossible for Dave and he gave me an opportunity to take over Workforce under the Hilton Lord Associates brand. For me to be running my own business is all down to Dave and the support and advice that I get from Hilton Lord is second to none. There are some scary parts to running your own business but by partnering with Hilton Lord, you can be sure that they will be made much easier with their support and advice. If you are considering setting up on your own in the recruitment world, please dont do it until you have taken time to speak to the team at Hilton Lord. I can highly recommend Hilton Lord. Starting out on your own Recruitment Business can be daunting. Hilton Lord provide all the support and help you need and make the whole process seamless. I can also for any help when I need it but also let you do your thing. Approaching Hilton Lord has been the best decision I have made and I can not recommend enough.
