I hired them to design and build a counter for my restaurant. I feel I was an easy-enough customer, yet they displayed very poor communication, didn't respect the proposed deadline and there were a few other things which were totally off. At the costings stage, they gave me a shopping list filled with things I asked not to have or were never discussed, including the placeholder artwork I had no intention of buying, even a plasma screen I never asked for?? After we worked out what I was actually going to have installed, they didn't explain thoroughly what the stainless steel part of it was. They knew when to put pressure to pay them, but then I was stuck for weeks without updates, waiting for some stainless steel component that I ended up not even taking because it wasn't what I wanted at all. The counter I ended up with has no stainless steel in it. I just don't get what I paid so much money for. The counter I have is wood, with a laminate that is heat-resistant to a degree, yet I already have burn marks on it... not fit for my purpose. The counter top itself was supposed to be stainless steel. Also, they confirmed some distances and sizes yet the counter in reality does not match that at all. Much further from the wall then they confirmed. They said if I had any issues I should have raised them when the counter was put together. What good would that have done anyway? it was already fabricated and ready for assembly.. wait another month? No thanks. I wouldn't recommend them, they were eager for me to pay up, but then they displayed a degree of carelessness I personally didn't like and the end result doesn't even match the design, which I paid a TON of money for.

We had an awful experience. Please don't waste your money and time with them. They were supposed to give us a refund which they never gave. Highly unprofessional. They have hidden charges which they never talked about. Never answered our calls when i called asking for the refund. They are fake. Please don't go with them. You can do a better job than them. Waste of time and money. Not experienced , do not listen to what you require. Wasted my money on designs that are not even practical for real life. Took the bathroom design to an expert bathroom fitters and when I mentioned that the design was put by interior designers, he laughed at me as nothing is right in it ....worse design he ever saw. Kitchen design was drawn by my husband as the interior designer did not have a clue.....so upset that I wasted so much money and time...luckily did not go to next stage of having work done by them.
