I took life insurance out with vitality life back in August I was told that after my 6th payment I'd receive a Amazon echo. I chased this up back in March to be told it was prosurance that dealt with the gift. Spoke to a man called Samuel he emailed me for my details and that's the last iv heard anything. Calling and it just rings out no emails back. Raging isn't the word.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, took my life insurance policy out through them 7 months ago and was supposed to get a fitbit sent out to me and I am still waiting. Nearly 100 phone calls logged on my phone trying to get a hold of them, 12 emails and around 10 facebook messages and I am still chasing my fitbit. 90% of the time you phone them and no one answers and the phone just rings out, 8% of the time they just take your details and tell you they will get someone to call you back and no one calls you back and the last 2% you get to speak to someone to try sort this out and come off the phone feeling like you have taking 20 steps backwards and today I got told they closed their life insurance department down temporarily to concentrate on their mortgage department side since they have moved premises so that means I have been forgotten about once again and chucked into the deep dark abyss and I feel like they hope I will just forget about it. I have been in contact with the my life Insurance provider who have now logged a complaint and are chasing this up and I have also been in contact with the financial ombudsman who are more than willing to take on the case due to the length of time it has taking Prosurance to sort this out. I actually dont know how this company is still in business if this is the way they are running it, if I could have giving less than 1 star I would have.
