        This is the first company thats ever emailed me to let me know the courier had not turned up so full points to UK rigging. They also immediately refunded the postage cost. The problem was outwith UK Rigging control. Last week I cancelled an order with another company because they kept me waiting for 10 days so to be emailed of a delay within 2 hours of UK Rigging knowing is indeed exception service!
