The King Balti

Ordered last week and food was completely different than we normally get!! Half the order was missing! Rang and they did del but wasn't worth it... Drove past days later and its not even King balti anymore so explains alot.... but when did this change. Gutted as loved it here

Ordered lamb dupiaza and chicken masala. Lamb was very tender and so was the chicken. Everything was hot and we enjoyed the entire meal.

I ordered Veg samosa nd they send me meat samosas nd when I call them the man on call said to me u just call to just eat they will refund you..Hes no apologies for the mistake nd its very rudeIs this a customer service?

If we could we would give no stars as all, ordered 2 Chicken Kormas... the rice wasn't freshly made, it was really watery and runny and couldn't even taste the Korma and we didn't even receive our cans of Coke. We rang them to tell them and they said there was nothing they can do as everyone was at Mosque and they will give us them next time but obviously there will not be a next time.... WASTE OF MONEY.... DONT BOTHER ORDERING!!!!!!!
