        The doors at reception often opening (staff walking past) or being constantly open due to the people people queueing to report to the desk. There's quite a few elderly who are sat in the waiting area freezing. Plus your own staff. Could this be addressed by putting a large disabled automatic door open/push button there instead of the sensors.

        The staff, from Paul the Porter, to the nurses, auxiliary, consultant to anesthetist where exceptional. I felt listened to and cared for. I attended my outpatient appointment yesterday and felt unwell in the waiting room. One of the receptionists noticed and brought me water and sat me in a side room. Very impressed.
