Absolutely terrible had my belly button done and they messed it up and now left me with a bad scar makes me wonder if the girls who are piercing people are actually qualified

Terrible service. I had my tragus pierced here 6 weeks ago. The stud they put in was faulty and fell out so I order my own gold stud and asked them to help me put it in place as the actual piercing direction was impossible to do since it was done at a wrong angle. Cheeky and sarcastic staff who refused to do so unless I purchased another flimsy stud from them. They claimed they are unable to use any other stud besides their own otherwise theyd lose their license if something happened - made me laugh. How is that possible when they purchase their flimsy jewellery in bulk probably from China? Anyways they had a duty to help me since they pierced it. Never again!!

I came in today for a belly button piercing and I was really apprehensive as I havent had a piercing in years. The girls that work there are a credit to the company and made me feel so at ease, smiley, chatty and the kindest people ever! Everything was clean, and I felt in safe hands. Thank you for my piercings girls and I will definitely be coming back for another piercing if Im brave enough
