I have been to a number of hairdressers as I lived in London for many years l and was raised here in the north and by far hands down Suzanne is by far the best hairdresser Ive been to, she pays close attention to detail and is a perfectionist when cutting hair. I get compliments every time Ive been to her for my hair cuts- even my husband notices how well she cuts my hair Thank you Suzanne for being an amazing hairdresser and also a lovely person Services: Hair straightening, Hairstyling, Blowouts, Blowdry, Shampoo & conditioning, Curly hair

The hairdressers at hairology need to understand that their customers are not hairdressers and do NOT understand their terminology! Huffing and puffing when we asked the hairdresser, Amelia, to explain what her complicated terminology means, how are we supposed to know when were not hairdressers? Also caught her looking at other staff members infront of us, to show her frustration. How rude!! Clearly she doesnt know how to properly communicate with customers. Dont take your bad day out on us! The pricing was different at three different parts, first we were told 100, then 110, then 125??? Had no indication what the different price was for because the hairdresser was too annoyed to explain! Been going here for months and have never had this type of interaction. Hairology needs to train their staff to be amicable towards customers & NOT be so patronising when speaking to them.

I did both my level 2 and level 3 course at hairology and thoroughly enjoyed it and I was fully qualified in just 1 year!! The course was very intense but never rushed and I felt well educated after each week. The team are very helpful and understanding and make you feel comfortable the whole way through and even offer support after the course has finished! I would 100% recommend this course to anyone of any age.
