        After spending a year here I can quite safely say I have never looked back. The coaching, support and friendship you get here is without doubt the best you will get anywhere. There are times and classes to suit anybody in their fitness journey. If you don't know what crossfit is about, thats ok, come here and find out. If you are visiting or getting tired of the same old grind at the gym then this might be what you are missing. The only side effects might be increased strength, fitness, happiness and people telling you how great you look all the time.
