CrossFit UF

After focusing on weight loss for the past year and losing over 4 stone my love for keeping fit and wanting to try new activities has grown, I had always loved CrossFit but never imagined I would be able to complete a class, I found CrossFit UF online and after some research and a recommendation from a friend I booked a foundations class, from my first contact with Mark I felt welcomed and informed about the class, on my 1st session I was so nervous I nearly left but what really struck with me was the welcome from Mark, he welcomed me by my name and the other class members reassured me and made me feel at ease, I felt like a person something that I felt in my commercial gym was lacking its very unsupportive and people never speak something I struggled with and why I wanted a new gym. That very 1st five minutes I knew I was in a place where I would be encouraged to grow and be supported, I was worried people would laugh at me and think I wasnt good enough but the people in the class were so supportive motivating me and believing in me. I had the most amazing 1st class and left the gym feeling like I could achieve anything, Mark, Kirsty and the members of CrossFit UF are so passionate, helpful and believe in you. The past month my love for fitness has returned and I am enjoying learning all the new skills and building my fitness but most of all I am having fun and meeting new people. I would highly recommended CrossFit UF and I know this is just the beginning of my journey.

I startet 3 months ago and I really enjoy it. Mark and Kirsty are very friendly and support you at all times. The community is very nice and friendly and I was able to integrate very well and quickly. The CrossFit WOD's are a great balance to the stress of uni and I look forward to the workout every day. Even if it gets a bit chilly in the winter, you'll be warm again by the time you start the workout. I am looking forward to more exhausting workouts.

Whenever Im home to visit family I will always train at this gym and be welcomed with open arms. Mark is one the friendliest gym owners I know , always smiling and provides a great atmosphere to train in. Would highly recommend this place if you are keen to try CrossFit. You will not regret it

I started going to CrossFit UF a few months ago and Mark and Kirsty couldnt be more welcoming! Absolutely love it!!! I started PT sessions with Kirsty and I have seen so much improvement! Highly recommended!!
