Real shame I cant give NO STARS. Was dropping off a medical certificate for a family member who was in hospital. I was greeted by some bubble person asking How can I help? to be told I could not give it to him (even tho Id previously done exactly this) and it needed to be submitted online. Explained that the person concerned did not have internet access and I had no access to their account. The person who was dealing with me worked extremely hard NOT TO HELP!! I then saw how he dealt with the next two people waiting and again worked extremely hard at bouncing people out the building without actually helping! UNLESS ITS LIFE, DEATH OR I SPONTANEOUSLY BURST INTO FLAMES I WILL NOT BE STEPPING FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR THIS HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! No wonder there are so many beggars in Bolton, heres a service who expertly work the system against the clients. Thank god I work and dont have to deal with these people very often but saying that, the small interaction Ive had with them is enough to last me a lifetime.

DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY TELL YOU. Staff are encouraged to openly lie to people. After going in for advice after loosing a job I ended up being threatened by debt collectors based on that advice. They have repeatedly refused to discuss things via phone, and almost never keep their own appointments. Staff do not want to help. Only trying to get rid of you through any lies they can.
