Beehive Surgery

During covid, patients are having to use the back door. Some are able to use the front door depending on how close they are to the doctors. Sometimes you can use the front, other times they change their mind and make you walk to the back even if you're old and use a walking stick. The back street is horrendous. Full of broken bottles, furniture, random parts of God knows what, that is damaging to cars and tyres. Reversing out is dangerous because you can't see much when doing so. Patients wait outside in the back yard despite there being a waiting room. We live in England, not in sunny Spain. It's not acceptable to let elderly or poorly people sit outside while waiting to see a doctor. Receptionist's don't seem to care much, too. One plus side to this surgery is that they do see my mum when she needs to see a doctor.
