I would recommend Birtwistle's 100% Shirley and the team went above and beyond to help us get through this sad and difficult time with so much passion and dignity everything they did for us was very much appreciated I used Birtwistle's over 8 years ago when my husband passed away and was overwhelmed with there service this is why I used them again for my late partner

Vanessa and all the other staff members at Birtwistle's were wonderful. They were very sympathetic, more like friends than someone providing a service. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't thank them enough for making a difficult time easier to deal with.

The Birtwhistle funeral team were professional and polite and and helped tremendously at a really hard time I live in Bolton and Jane was outstanding she was supportive and helpful I missed placed my mum's policy and the team on halliwell road did an amazing job of being able to find the paper work in minutes at a time when I was in shock the team at Bolton were professional polite and I could not have wished for a better experience at a bad time so if your looking for a professional polite and top quality service then myself and my siblings would like to say thankyou to Jane and the team at Birtwhistle
