        This florist is under new management from the elderly lady that ran it. The woman who works there now is so friendly, welcoming and goes out of her way to help you. The man sadly needs to learn from this womans customer service skills. He comes across very rude, abrupt, needs to put a smile on him and I cant be bothered attitude! I only go in as its local and I dont drive and for the woman who is so lovely!!! Im sure Im not the only one who has noticed this! Ive given it 4 stars because of the womans attitude and customer service.

        Purchased flowers a couple of times. They have been absolutely perfect every singe time Ive ordered (if not better). Would definitely recommend. Put you at ease if youre quite the novice at picking flowers, like me! They are so friendly and knowledgeable- nothing is too much trouble! You certainly get value for your money!

        ordered a bouquet of flowers for a girl for her birthday and for 30f !! and what I was delivered looked like a funeral wreath .. !!!
