    I have tried numerous time to actually get answers to my emails and nothing. I would not touch this lot if I was thinking of.

    I too would provide 0 stars if an option. This company has the worst service ever. They do not respond to calls, emails, nor do they return them. They also do not make payments as requested. I now see payments out of my account with no idea what they are for. I even filed a complaint, which they upheld, but still failed to address all the points outlined, and didn't even call back to take full details.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. One star is too many but there is not an option to post a review without a star. Duplicate invoices sent for the same items. Telephone number at bottom of invoice clearly not available. Tried number on Embark Pensions website Waited an hour for someone to answer the phone and then gave up. Message says 'thank you for continuing to hold, your call is important to us and will be answered shortly' If it was important there would be enough staff to answer the phones.

    Terrible service,have to echo the comments of the last two reviewers ! I would also leave no stars if possible! Our fees were increased without notice (still waiting for proof of the notification after 4 months!) Transfers have been executed out of our fund without notification or explanation. Customer service is appalling, the staff who (finally) answer calls are unable to help, it takes repeated calls to get anything done but they usually don't do what you request anyway Avoid at all costs!! Its a shame that a reputable stockbroker such as James Sharp use this company to provide their Sipp platform as it is detrimentally affecting their good name and reputation.
