Didn't realise I was ordering just before bank holiday.... The plant was inside a box for 5 days and it arrived beautiful!! Oxy-plants really is satisfaction guaranteed!!

Please do not make the same mistake we did and order from this company. We ordered 3 x plants on the 19/03/23 and the order total came to 288.00. On the 12th of April one box was delivered which contained only 3 x pots and no plants. When we unboxed the pots, we discovered that one of the pots was completely smashed. We contacted Oxy Pants about this and they advised that it would be more cost effective for them to refund us for the pot rather than sending us a replacement....we are still waiting for this amount to be refunded. We then finally received the actual plants on the 19th April however, they were all crammed into one box which as a result meant the majority of the leaves had snapped and the plants looked like they were near the end of their life. I have emailed Oxy Plants several times to try and get a partial refund as the condition of the plants is absolutely appalling and they certainly are not worth the price we have paid for them. I have not had much luck and just keep receiving emails from them to say that in their professional opinion the plants look like they are in good condition. I don't know how they can say this when I have sent a comparison photo of the plant advertised on their website next to a picture of the one we received and its very clear from the image that they look completely different. They have also advised that we should remove any undesirable or discoloured leaves however, if I was to do this, I would just be left with the trunk. We have definitely learnt our lesson from this awful experience and will never order plants online again. Please save yourself some money and avoid this company!

The palm looks terrible. The leaves are broken, it looks poor. Doesn't look like the picture. I still haven't received a refund
