Ive asked for help so many times my names sirfraz shah I had an appointment was there for an hour didnt even see me all he did was call me I told you about my problems and my mental health getting worse but still you didnt help me all you said was I will put you threw to someone its been 2 months and still you didnt what kind of Doctor are you you should be caring and help someone in need what if I end up dying and then you In court saying sorry to my family this cant be undone know Im changing my doctors and Im going to sue for medical negligence

Trying to get through to this surgery is awful. Ive been expecting a call from the GP since this after its been 45 mins and still no call. Not only this but since this morning 8am Ive tried to call the surgery over 15 times and the lines just keep showing busy. What is going on? You either need more staff or stop putting your phones on hold.

My husband has had very bad experience with this surgery. Very bad customer service from reception staff. Dr Atcha never available to speak to even to book on advance. If you make a complain the practice manager Jo doesn't acknowledge it or reply to you, still waiting for a reply for nearly 1 year . Really terrible service

Terrible surgery,the reception staff is stupit,rude and unproffesional,if u ask them to speak or if u want to see the doctor under emergency they have just one excuse ring 8 in the morning or its corona doctor is not available,nhs runs on peoples national insurance and the surgery stupit,rude and illmannered staff also gets wages from peoples national insurance and they treat u like a stupit idiot,don,t register with this surgery other wise u will regret.
