Pathetic Service... They Say Call At 8am For Emergency/Same Day Appointment But When You Call Them It's Mostly Busy. And This Has Happened For Many Years Now. Another Thing Is If By A Chance They Do Pick Up Phone They Say The "Doctor Well Ring You".

Absolutely terrible practice. Booked an appointment face to face 3 weeks previously, and they have the gall to change it to on the phone the very same day after all that waiting. Absolutely awful do not use these useless people

I have to say my experience at Dr Kumar surgery was brilliant. I rang them as I was experiencing headaches. I spoke to Dr Anjana who was very professional and knowledgeable. I was told to go to the surgery the next day and the reception staff was also very polite and professional. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much to Dr Anjana and the team
