        Rude, bad mannered, unhelpful reception staff. They look for reasons to not do anything. They do not listen to you, keep interrupting in order to ensure they do not have to do anything. I look forward to the day when I can switch away from the Drs. I have been at the surgery for 25+ years, but I have never had to deal with the. This past month I have had to deal with them due to serious health issues. I have now realised how poor their service is and I will switch from them immediately. If you're looking for a good service and polite reception staff.....find another Drs surgery. I would like to give zero stars, but the option doesn't exist.

        The worse service and specialist I ever experienced. They don't know,don't want to do anything or pretend to be like this..Had to go to my home country abroad for a normal examination and treatment
