The nurse and doctor spent a lot of time and effort trying to help my 82 year old dad who was suffering from semi heart failure and wasnt registered at the surgery at the time. Very patient and calm and did their very best to have him seen by a cardiac consultant that day. In the end he was admitted to bolton general via A and E with a letter written by the doctor. Cant thank them enough for prioritising him on the day and the time they gave him and the compassion they showed.
