Mental health team push you aside and don't care, the doctors are very fast to say its viral your arm could be hanging off. The receptionist are the first to judge "ring at 8, I got here before 8" forgetting there job could be done by a toddler and probably run better. They want to be treated with respect but talk to you like you've just curb stomped there nan. And the reply saying you can book appointments is a lie either ring at 8 or forget it. Let the hunger games begin.

Can never get through ringing from dot on 8am for the line to be constantly engaged. Ever since certain people left this doctors have gone downhill. Rude receptionists, more interested about going to the pineapple and having a kebab for their dinner and slagging patients off.

I thought I was just being abit petty about this but looking at these reviews it seems like everybody has the same thoughts. This surgery has gone down hill massively! The receptionist think they know it all, rude! (Not all of them as I have had some really helpful ladies help me in the past) being put on hold from 8am till 8.38am to be told yet again 'no appointments' call back at 8am.

Tried to make a booking, for my child (she's having scarlet fever) I've ringed them at 11am and been told that they will book us in ASAP, ringed again around 3pm same story just to get a call at 17.58 to tell me that will be tommorow.
