        I had an appointment with Dr Malik after recently having COVID and feeling generally unwell with a list of symptoms inclusing fatigue and hair falling out. I waited for NHS but due to taking so long i just decided to visit this clinic. At first i was very nervous but he made me feel very comfortable and listened to what i was telling him intently. He did a thorough consultation and explained all the options to me. I selected the right option for me and he explained all the process to me e.g. he explained every step what it was for and how it will help. I felt relaxed and left very happy. He went through after care with me and i have noticed since the appointment my hair loss has decreased and it feels better. I will definitely be using this clinic more. Thank you for your help.

        Visited this practice as a one off for a hygiene visit as my practice is closed due to covid. Not a fan of Hygienists but Bridget was brilliant and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back as staff were all lovely. Practice was noticeably clean too!
