        A bit disappointed at the receptionist's greeting. I think she could have been more friendly......I felt I was a "thing" being "processed". Dentist experience excellent - welcoming, friendly and reassuring.

        Rang to try to register as a private patient and register my son very rude receptionist that claimed we had to go a emergency dentist and couldn't register there for some reason and when I questioned this the receptionist put the phone down,then I called back and got a receptionist who was polite and helpful so I guess it's who answers your call as to what experience you will receive once I was a patient here their service was good and staff are polite
