The worst dentist I have ever been unfortunate enough to use. My appointment has been cancelled for the fourth time.Please avoid this practice at all cost.Only gave it one star as that appears to be the minimum.

Having been petrified of dentists for years and having received bad treatment elsewhere I went along today for my 1st appointment. They really put me at ease and listened to my story with empathy and compassion My dentist has come up with a treatment plan I am happy with and even though it's going to be a long process I'm happy I'm starting my journey with my dentist. Thankyou for being awesome today ladies

It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems Togo beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable that you treat the reception team with respect and all of their colleagues, the way I always see it , is that you treat then as like you want to be treated yourself

Great service, both the dentist and the practice manager are professional caring and friendly, I was very stressed when I went into the practice but they both made me feel comfortable and i had stress free painless experience. Thank you
