Synergy Dental Clinic Bolton

After X-ray my teeth she asked me if I wanted my teeth scrape & polish for 50, which I agreed, then on a day a dentist lady just arrived, take a jacket off, scraped my teeth, then she give me a mouthwash without polish, as I spit it out, she put her jacket & went off, (I think she goes off to another clinic). I dont know whatever I shouldve paid 50 only for scrapping for few minutes without polish or maybe she forgot.

Called for an appointment, panoramic xray, payment made over the phone, get there, scan done and asked to have it over e mail, she said yes in 10 min. Receptionist said I need to pay I said i paid over the phone when appointment was done, really hard to check on the sistem 15 min later receptionist called, we dont have your e mail right after 2h I called again so they said I need to fill out a form then they are able to send me the xray.. I cant believe so frustrating, no one said anything ! I am losing time for something so simple!

Just had one of my wisdom tooth out and I can honestly say best dentist ever at taking teeth out didn't feel a thing and felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend

Nice place, friendly staff. Procedure very quick and painless. Almost a pleasure having an extraction!

Had a wisdom tooth removed honestly best dentist experience I've had didn't feel a thing staff are lovely all round great!
