        every day I would go to this torture chamber. The staff are lazy, always on their phones, and the food hygiene is like -10. Don't send your kids here, just don't, keep them at home, locked away from this prison, I'd rather kiss the floor than touch any toy or play item this service has to offer, and before I left, they forced the kids to do the washing up, THEY FORCED THE KIDS TO DO WASHING UP PEOPLE *CLAP CLAP CLAP BEST STAFF CLAP CLAP CLAP PEOPLE PAY FOR THIS CLAP CLAP CLAP*

        Everytime I pick my child up none of the staff look happy or like they want to be there. Very rare the children are getting played with and look to be all a bit fake. My son went for over 3 years but due to the staffs attitudes and my son coming home upset from A) being bored b) being ignored) being told to sit down and be quiet. WHICH for the price I've paid is absolutely ridiculous. The new place has an honest daily diary that we get a review after every three months. Which included planned outings and or experiences. Not a trip the burger king. Wouldn't recommend and my son wouldn't who enjoys himself at all the other clubs he attends on a Weekly bases. One customer lost and I wouldn't recommend school shuttle. If another company was to open close they would be sure to have their clientele. Book up or ship out.
