        I've always used their services because of the affordability. It would be great if there were no problems. However, the problem was basically an unsolvable situation. For example, the package was damaged, the courier was not delivered, and the request was returned, with no results. If it shows delivery, the actual recipient has not received it, nor can it be solved effectively and efficiently. As a third party, they run into issues and may be passive. For your information, I'm going to be very careful about using their services right now.
