Just wow - went in to resolve an issue with my laptop (having already been to Currys). Both Freda and Steven were patient and determined to resolve it for me. Cannot recommend them enough. Not only were they patient, the service they delivered was way beyond my expectations. While they were dealing with my query, Freda managed to deal with another customer who was just as much pleased as i was with the service!!! Would not hesitate to go back with any of my computing requirements. Keep up the good work guys - really appreciate how you dealt with my on going questions and requirements!!! Bought a refurbished desk top computer from CFU. Great communication and Customer Service. The PC was rapidly dispatched and arrived within 2 days. It was very well packaged and the PC itself has exceeds my expectations. It's a late model but looks like new. It's fast, quiet and setting it up was very easy, that's virtually done for you with everything you need pre-installed. Would highly recommend CFU.
