        Besides having seen a horrible review on trust pilot regarding what sounds to be a nefarious act on the pc customisers part and now a lawsuit. The pc i bought has given me trouble since i got it. Been back for repair and then charged for "upgrades" to resolve issues. Now the pc is having issues and there is no after sale support, hope the lot of them get what they deserve.

        So who do i get in touch with now that the company has closed down, my PC has developed a fault that i think can be fix over the phone but not sure who to call when it used to be this company that would assist in things like this. (Left what was wrong with the pc in the question section)

        I also have the same problem with the PC cUstomiser. I bought my PC from them on 11 May 2016 with 3 years warranty, the PC has developed a fault. I have been trying to contact them but the phone lines are dead and they have ignored all my 3 emails the Ebay email and the PayPal email.

        I am not prone to reviews but credit where it is due. A custom PC was ordered Tuesday..and delivered on time Friday...all boxes for items included, foam around cards inside PC during transit. Contacted Support for assistance twice before purchase and very helpful and sensible advice on my PC was offered. Brilliantly boxed on arrival in the exact time window specified by the driver. PC exactly as ordered and on the basis of my experience, an exceptional company to deal with. Don't hesitate if looking for a custom pc.
