Ridiculously unprofessional, during the week I agreed to come collect and item at the weekend.
This was given to me as an option as the items to large to ship.
I arrived on Saturday morning 15 mins early for a 12oclock collection.
Justin even assured me the night before we were still on for collection.
Ive driven for over an hour, waited for 45mins after the agreed time and he didnt even have the courtesy to show up, never mind message me to cancel.
Someone who has no regard for peoples time or energy should not be trusted with any kind of work.
This is lazy mess and bad customer service at its highest degree.
Do not give this man your custom or money.

Edit: Second visit for a used monitor, had new ones as well, loads of base units, printers, peripherals, servicing and repair. Top place.
