I presented Steve of The Laptop Repair Hut with my 4 and a half year old Dell XPS laptop which had suddenly decided to reboot at the most inconvenient times! I was immediately impressed with his welcoming manner and obvious knowledge. Within minutes of switching it on, he had diagnosed a thermal problem, i.e. overheating. I left it with him and received a phone call later the same day to advise me the laptop was ready for collection! Steve discussed with me in great detail the steps involved in the repair. Again, I was impressed by his approach to his customers and willingness to go that extra little bit. On the strength of that I called in the next day with a an older Dell Lattitude running Linux which I wanted to replace with Windows. Again, within 24 hours I had a new fully licensed Windows system running on the machine. I cannot recommend this young man enough. Excellent service with a smile at at fair price!

I have used Laptop Repair Hut several times. No matther what my issue has been - software or hardware, Stephen has always sorted it out efficiently and at reasonable cost. He also built my desktop computer which has been very reliable for several years now. He is very personable and easy to to deal with. Well recommended !!
