Absolutely disgusting company to work for, no contract, phone calls at 10pm and 5am! Language from management is abysmal. Ignore emails when it suits them, had to go to ACAS just to get pay I was owed. They took me off their books without even telling me until I questioned it then they made it so I couldnt go back. This being offering me hours they knew I couldnt work. Everything is fine while theres no issues, once theirs an issue they make you feel so uncomfortable like your in the wrong when all you want is paying for work you done. Felt anxious speaking to them. To date they still owe me holiday pay.

Amazing experience working for Parthenon.I have always been paid on time and been offered multiple opportunities by this company.I can not fault them!

Well it seam people are having some issues. but I've work for this company more then 6 years. Never had a problem with any wage or even stoke been delivered. Problems who doesn't have them?? please name me a perfect company?

Issues with staff that went un dealt with, an was either move me or fire me, just for the same thing to happen again. Problem with wages that took forever to be addressed, never ha any stock on sites I order to complete evens basic clean down and overall poor management.
