Very polite workers, very caring, polite. And helpful but out as some. Prices are more than you would expect to pay Join What they call their VIP Club as you sometimes get a percentage off and other discounts. There chocolate(s) can be expensive at times, the best idea is to buy Chocolates from there is when it is not a special occasion. Buy them before Christmas, Easter,Valentines day, mother's/fathers day,or Halloween. There chocolate is lovely , but they do NOT make Diabetic Chocolate or Chocolate with a very high Cocoa ratio or content and I feel that this needs to be addressed by Hotel Chocolate. It is said that it is better for you if you buy dark chocolate with a very high Cocoa content. The highest the better for you and your health the best is the Coops own fairttade chocolate or one with a 70 per cent rating or even higher. They need to think of everything in all different parts like lactose intolerant, people with diabetes, people who have to lose weight and make lifetime changes. If they did this, they would be helping humanity and also selling their own chocolate.
