        As a carer here I feel valued, looked after and my working needs are met. The pay is good, especially relative to other care companies and my work is set as close together as possible (area wise). Overall a great office team as well as friendly, hard working and supporting colleagues! I also know the service users care needs are put first and always met. Thorough risk assessments are carried out for service users, ensuring the best care and smooth-running for the carers.
